The evening begins with a luxurious Welcome Bite of Kusshi Oysters topped with white sturgeon caviar and fluffy potato foam. Our multi-course experience invites you to choose from exquisite starters like whipped Bone Marrow Toast with bordelaise or wood-fired Warm Shrimp “Cocktail”.

For the main event, select from a Wood-Fired 6 oz Wagyu Filet served with shaved truffles and our signature Alston sauce Diane, or savor the delicate flavors of a King Crab Raviolo in sauce Americaine. Our special menu concludes with a selection of artisanal chocolates and your choice of indulgent desserts, including our signature Tiramisu with espresso sabayon or a nostalgic Popcorn Pot de Crème Brûlée.
